Otakon Fun 2008
As promised here are some pictures from Otakon 2008, Baltimore, MD. My daughter is one of the Cosplayers. Hint...She is dressed as a male character. A bunch of fan girls found her at the convention and would not leave her alone! They are still hounding her on line.
Hubby and I had fun too. I have a lot more pictures. The ones selected are pretty tame.
I only wish Otakon was around when I was a teenager...many moons ago.

FUN!!!!!!!!!
Excellent costumes, Neetzy!
These make our local anime-fest look shambolically amateurish (which it is, to be fair).
So you're keeping the racier pictures to yourself? Swizz!
The post police would only allow me to publish five. I may add a few more. There were some really racy costumes that we didn't photograph. (The wardrobe malfunctions were the best)Daughter A controlled the camera, so she chose the cosplayer to photograph. If you would like to see more I will certainly post them!
These are adorable pictures!
Hey...daughter A looks good as a gay guy!
Her eye zone...
I have more! I may upload them one day. I am bound and determined now to get some of my new art on my next post! I have so many works in progress. I have not been quite happy with them. I may upload for suggestions!
Shazza,
Daughter A loves gay guys. She also loved having fan girls. She loves anime because they openly discuss their gender confusion, issues, identity etc. What can I say?
Don't be shy about your WIPS! It really does help sometimes to put it out there to give you a little extra boost of encouragement and determination to finish. We all get pieces we're not happy with. Plus someone else (like me for example) might learn something new. :)
